CIA DOES NOT WANT TO RELEASE ALL THE FILES - DELAYED INDEFINITELY

The only way all the files will ever be released is when a new political party elects a new President who will disband and confiscate all the files. The CIA will never agree to release all the files because they do not want the American people to find out that Lee Harvey Oswald was a U.S. Marine and CIA officer who was ordered to shoot at Kennedy but refused to do so, as evidenced by the lack of LHO's fingerprints on the murder weapon the Dallas Police originally reported as a German Mauser but then reported it as an Italian Mannlicher-Carcano bolt-action rifle.

LHO transitioned from anti-Communist to anti-war liberal who knew he would be killed as scapegoat to The Big Event.

Oswald joined the U.S. Marines and was assigned to radar and ONI training at Nags Head, North Carolina.

Harold Robert Byrd strongly supported and funded the Civil Air Patrol where Oswald trained.

Harold R. Byrd bought the Texas School Book depository in 1933 and in 1963 Ruth Paine allegedly got LHO a job at the TSBD.
